Several months ago I made my way to Treadle Yard Goods in St. Paul, a fabric store I had heard about but never been to. It is a yummy store filled with all sorts of wonderful textile treats. Fortunately I had plenty of time to browse and got my fill of eye candy. One of the temptations, that I couldn't resist were some LFN ribbons by designer Laura Foster Nicholson. I knew I couldn't buy them all so I chose two, bluebirds and party cakes. I don't know what I am going to do with them just yet...sometimes things get too precious in my mind so I have a hard time actually cutting into a fabric, ribbon or even paper.
